In this free introduction, we meet and discuss your current business situation and goals. I will share my coaching approach and suggestions. After the discussion, you decide if you would like to start a coaching journey with me.
2) Explore & Clarify:
If you decide that I am the right coach for your business, we will unpack the business context and realities and clarify the outcomes. I will propose a business coaching program to consider. We will iterate and update the proposal until it addresses your business needs effectively.
3) Commit & Collaborate:
When the coaching proposal is accepted, we have a plan and will put the program into action. Review sessions to be scheduled to ensure the program remains relevant and effective for the business. The coaching program will remain flexible and adaptable to best serve you in the process.
