It's an intentional safe space to process thoughts and feelings. A trusted partner outside the situation to hear, to think and to process with you. With you in making sense of the reality, and how to respond to it.
Dealing with losing someone:
The impact of losing someone in our lives is greater than we expect. Life goes on, but moving on can be harder than we expected. Coaching can help provide support and tools to deal with the reality and impact of the missing presence, and to slowly but surely build a life moving forward again.
Rebuilding life after burnout:
Burnout brings life and capacity to a halt in every aspect. Picking up where you left off at the same capacity and pace is not possible. Burnout calls a stop. Life needs to be restarted intentionally and with a responsible and realistic strategy. Coaching will help you craft the right perspective, behaviours and rhythms to grow new capacity. This is an opportunity to start fresh and build a new resilient you.
Responding to a radical life change:
Whether it's a health diagnosis, crisis or disaster, ignoring the reality is not productive. We need to stop, process, adapt and then move forward with focus. Coaching will help you with the support and strategy to adapt and flourish again.
Introduction Discussion:
In this free introduction, we meet and discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve with coaching. I will share my coaching approach and suggestions. After the discussion, you decide if you would like to start a coaching journey with me.
Explore & Clarify:
If you decide that I am the right coach for you, we will start the coaching by exploring the strategy to empower you to reach your desired growth goal. In the session, we will first clarify the desired goal. We will also explore what the possible obstacles are or could be that could keep you from achieving the goal. We will then define an effective personalised coaching plan with processes, tools and action steps to ensure you will be making meaningful progress.
Commit & Collaborate
When we have a plan and you are ready to commit, we follow the coachin process and I will colaborate with you to best support you on making consistent progress towards the goal. The coaching program will remain flexible and adaptable to best serve you in the process.
Personal Plan:
Every client and their goals are unique. My approach is to craft a personalised coaching process to best serve each client in their context. Depending on the intended growth to achieve, each client's coaching process and duration will differ.
Suggested Commitment:
Keeping in mind every client has a unique journey, I suggest a client commit to a 6-session program over 3 months (that means a coaching session roughly every 2 weeks). This would give us enough time and sessions to make good progress. Unless a longer program was agreed upon, we do a stock take after 6 sessions to determine if the goal was reached, and if the client would like to continue with further coaching.
Standard Sessions:
Standard coaching sessions are R500 per session. Each session is 45-60min in duration. A 6-Session program will be (6 x R500 = R3000). Sessions are invoiced monthly.
Assessments:
Standard sessions do not include additional cost-bearing assessments and tools. Any additional cost-bearing tools with be discussed and agreed upon before integrated into the coaching program when beneficial.
Online:
Many clients prefer online due to time and logistical convenience. After making a session booking, you will receive a calendar invite with a Zoom link for the video call session. This makes the coaching available to clients outside Pretoria, and clients who need to travel due to work and family commitments.
In-Person:
In-person meeting available in Pretoria for clients who prefer to meet in person. Different venues are available on the booking app.
